|
|
My new PC arrived yesterday :D So wanted to load my Mapsource software but the unlock wizard tells me (when I input the unlock code and customer number) that I've already installed it on another computer and to go away unless I want to pay again 8O
How do I solve this one?? |

What Mapsource software do you have? You don't need to re-register any of the products I have. I had Mapsource CitySelect on my old laptop, whose hard disk went pop. When My new laptop attived I just installed and then entered my codes manually. _________________ Tim |

I don't know if Navigator works differently from Select but I can input my 25 digit codes using the Menu option under Utilities in Mapsource. _________________ Tim |

Solved it - you have to click the 'I dont want to complete the registration process' button - I thought his was to exit the wizard but actually its to allow re-installation.
