hi,im using a navman f460
when i enter a postcode it names all the nearby streets (which is great most of the time)
however now and then i would prefer (close as possible) postcode location
the unit gives just too many choices, when i cant find the street im looking for it is worse. i end up selecting 'center of street' to one of the roads it offers which is sometimes way off intended location
is there a way to get this, go to postcode, feature on my unit?

Basically no
Even though this seems a little in-accurate, it is on average no less accurate than any other method - the post code relates to all these areas, so chances are that centre of street is just as good as an automatic selection option on a satnav which goes to centre of postcode - of course, when you select it, often for house locations in the middle of no-where anyway - it seems like it hasn't worked. Until we get a system that can list house names to, which seems a while off, this is as good as it gets I'm afraid
I find myself with this issues on my TomTom, Navman and Garmin units every week - none of them are any better than the other in circumstances like this _________________ TomTom Go Live 6100, 600
