idiot s guide to putting speed camera on my Medion MDPNA100

Just bought a Medion PNA100, and have tried to load speed camera info on to it but it seems not to work.

i have Very limited knollage of PC'S let alone PDA'S.
Have loaded POI WARNER to unit it seems to have loaded info but will not work.

is there an idiots guide on how to do things properly as i'm totaly lossed, i dont even know how to clear things and start again. (DAM TECHNOLOGY)
