icons not showing on i3?

speed camera icon's not showing up?

open the bmp in your photo editor, stick a colourd pixel in one corner then save it. reload to the garmin and it works fine.

bmp's do not seem to work if they are only 1bit (i.e. black and white) adding a pixel of colour a) doesn'tshow up on thesmall screen and b) forces the graphics editor to save with a higher bit-depth

I found saving them as 16 colour bitmaps seems to do the trick.
