6600 nokia with tomtom mobile 5 (HELP) PROBLEMS

I BOUGHT A NOKIA 6600 FOR MY FATHER IN LAW FOR XMAS I ALSO BOUGHT A DISK WITH TOMTOM ON IT AND A 512MB MEMORY CARD I HAVE I HAVE A READER ON MY TOWER SO I PUT IT IN COPPIED OVER THE FILES AND PUT THE CARD INTO THE PHONE AND NOTHING HAS HAPPENED I`VE BEEN ON LOADS OF FORUMS AND TRIED UNCLICKING THE READ ONLY FILES ECT,I CAN FIND THE FILES ON THE MEMORY CARD IN THE PHONE BUT HAVEN`T ANY IDEA HOW TO GET IT TO WORK PLEASE ANYONE HELP ME OUT HERE
