TomTom Go 300 Recent Destination

Hi ya everyone,
I'm new to all of this so i hope someone can help me out.I've had my TomTom go 300 for a month now,an excellent gadget if i may so so,how did we ever manage without these lifesavers!!.I have the latest 5.2v installed with no probs.My query is how do i clear the list of "recent destinations"? .My list is now starting to get rather long and i want to delete the ones i no longer use to save scrolling through to find the address i need.Nothing in the user manual or on the TomTom site mentions how to do this.Any help from you guys will be much appreceiated,THANKS

You can't delete the Recents as such, but to save scrolling if you start typing in the name it will search for matches, till you find what you want.

If you do want to delete Recents you have to delete the .cfg file in the map folder. However this also holds your Favourites, etc.

I was wondering the same thing myself! An easy way to delete recent destinations would be useful would it not?

We see you’re using an ad-blocker. We’re fine with that and won’t stop you visiting the site.
Have you considered making a donation towards website running costs?.
Or you could disable your ad-blocker for this site. We think you’ll find our adverts are not overbearing!
