Hi folks - Ihave been having a chat on another thread http://www.pocketgpsworld.com/modules.php?name=Forums&file=viewtopic&t=15357 about my recently purchased combo as above which I would like to use on walks / biking etc
I have a number of issues which could be my inexperience with the hardware / software but the more I mess around the more frustrating it all becomes :x
I searched thru the Fortuna posts here to see if anyone was having issues with the ClipOn & BT (?)
I can get the Ipaq & ClipOn to "see" each other but after a short time the ClipOn BT led stops blinking & sure enought the Ipaq does not show them communicating anymore - but even when they are blinking there is no feedback from the MMap software that the ClipOn is "seeing" any sats despite the fact that the ClipOn leds are both green
Can anyone assist ? Sorry to go on a bit Embarassed Paul

I'm sure you were just too busy to help me in my hour of need but the Forums have helped me resolve this issue (I am not posting here as a ego trip btw I just hope my trials & tribulations can help some other novice like me in the future)
... anyway I trawelled through the Forums and came across a number of threads about BTTweak which I downloaded & installed & the first time I hooked up the ClipOn I got a connection & several sats for me to use ...
As I said hopefully this may help some other poor sod who is tearing his/her hair out 8O ... Paul
