Tom Tom Go first impressions

Got my TTG last week from Amazon. Came with 4.12 software, and updated to 4.40 and installed the speed camera POI before using it in my car.

Only had chance to use it for a few days, but I am very impressed. Went on holiday to Wales, and rather than follow the old trusted route, I left it upto "Jane". She got me lost in the middle of nowhere (I was lost, she wasn't) - but got me to the destination 30minutes faster than the old route.

Used it to navigate to a gig we were playing at - which was easy.
All in all, very impressed.

Things I would change?
Being able to enter a full postcode. I did install the NW code search things, but not all the post codes are there, and also not sure how to navigate to a specific POI.

have to agree... just bought mine TODAY and i love it already..... i found that teh best way to enter a loaction is to enter the first 3 or 4 part of teh postcode into the system eg NW1 and then the street name eg STANHOPE STREET..... i did add some post code download from one of the sites:

click here and scroll down to where it talks about postcodes....
