Please where can I find A-Z instruction on how to download speed camera to Navman Pin 570, I've tried to do this using POI editor with software sent to me from Navman customer service, I still can't get any result. Quite frustrating! |

Subby,
If you've got the SmartST POI editor to work on your desktop PC (ie. you can open up the required camera poi file and disply the points list in the editor part) then when you tansfer the file to the PiN it may not be storing it in the correct place. Mine always seems to convert the file OK into the Navman format, and makes a suitable entry into an ini or registry file, but sticks them in the main PiN directory (my device).
so to get any of the POI files to work I then move them into a directory on the PiN SD card under the (navman) directory, called (MyPOI). I also make sure that a similar directory on the ROM storage is empty.
This seems to work for me.
If you can't get even the POI editor function to work on the PC it could then be a number of other things, just post some more details and I'll respond if I can help.
