Help !
2 days old and no more sats being picked up.
tomtom screen tells me no GPS device ?
have tryed the reset button, and also the software reset, still the same.
even used a backup of the card, and still the same.
looks like this 300 is on it's way back to the store |

Have you tried formatting the SD card before you restore it?
Other than that I think you'd better make that trip to the store - if you've only had it 2 days you're entilted to a replacment or a refund if they have none in stock.
You shouldn't have to wait for a repair.

Hi
I have had my TTG 300 for a few days.
When I switch it on to use, it seems to take a few minutes to locate my satellite signal - is this normal? Once it is on, it doesn't lose the signal. I was always under the impression that once switched on the signal is almost instantaneous? |

If "No GPS Device" is on permanently it's either that the GPS receiver is or the flexi cable got loose, back to the shop it goes |

It is normal, there've been a number of discussions on the subject, you'll find more information if you search this forum. |
