Read 'could' as 'will'. The space is intentional and will be used in due course |
A bit like the books that read "This page has been intentionally left blank"...
But We will be using it to let you know about important things going on. Adverts for ourselves... _________________ Mike Barrett |

Sorry, guys........
I posted in the Feedback forum before I noticed the thread here.
I do like the clean look, choice of colours and drop shadow, or whatever the proper term is. _________________ David |

Oi! This isn't a kibbutz and we're not going to take a vote on it It's taken months to get the new logo agreed and created as is, this bit is where we get to just do it! |
After looking at the design a bit closer, it is close to perfection. Honestly, I don't see how it could really be improved. Makes quite a statement as a lead to a professional forum.
Job well done. _________________ Garmin 1695 / 255 / 760 w/MSN - Droid w/Google nav + Navigon - Navigon 8100T - Dakota10 - GPSMap76C - GeoMate Jr. |

Earlier today the drop shadow on the PocketGPSWorld was not there, which I found balanced it next to the top left icon. Now it looks out of proportion. That's what I was referring too in my earlier post. But I have already been shot down by Darren so will not comment further |

27 years of graphic design and hundred's of committee approvals needed does make one a bit more pragmatic. _________________ Garmin 1695 / 255 / 760 w/MSN - Droid w/Google nav + Navigon - Navigon 8100T - Dakota10 - GPSMap76C - GeoMate Jr. |

I'll see if it looks better with the URl moved down to balance it a little.

Well I like it!
I thought something was going on last night when the little PGPSW logo on my Firefox link toolbar changed from the old one to a spanking new look one.
IE 8 changed the logo as well as soon as I switched over to have a look.
Haven't tried Chrome yet, I'm at work and we only have IE7 authorised for use. _________________ Ric - TomTom 520 DEAD - Passed to the great traffic jam in the sky. Now using Maps & Waze on Samsung Galaxy S4 + CamerAlert of course! |

Don't like the reflection even if it is web2 (whatever that might be) Like the pale blue. This is not a vote, it's a statement . |

-1 for reflection (or fade it a bit more)
+1 for having the words centre aligned (or is that not Web 2.0??)
+1 for logo either side of words |
