Hi

A friend of mine borrowed my sd card (with TT4 on it) and put it into his XDA IIs.

Now he is plagued by a message that reads:
"Cannot execute storage card\tom\tomtom\ttgpseng.exe"

He does not even have Tom Tom on his phone or his new card, any ideas how to get rid of this annoying message which keeps appearing.

Thanks in advance.

try formatting the sd card, back it up to pc before doing this as it will wipe any data, if this fails, hard reset the device - a bit drastic but if you backed up the last working config you had just re-install it and it should be ok - mike, via gprs in the Dales camping

Not if the back up was from before the problems occurred i.e. before you inserted the SD card with that caused the problem - once done and the SD card formatted the problem should go away, and the back up being pre problem will not reinstall itself, I always back up the PDA to the SD or CF card and then save the routine back on to the PC that way if software causes instability then you can quickly return to a useable device - Mike
